Ovation Deep Dive – Meet the experts
The Ovation Deep Dive session is intended to help the audience gain greater knowledge of the inner workings of the Ovation system, and to understand some of the design choices that were made in its development. This will help them make more informed decisions when deploying it for their specific applications.
The format will be a question and answer session as opposed to a pre-prepared presentation. This will allow the interests of the audience to shape the session, ensuring that the topics of most importance to attendees can be addressed. Interactive discussion will be encouraged.
We have assembled a panel of with expertise with primary emphasis in the following areas:
- Loop execution time. Turbine control
- Communication and redundancy principles
- Advanced Algorithms for Grid Compliance
- Integration of intelligent devices (IEC61850, wireless)
The panel members have been actively involved in the development of Ovation and Ovation SIS from their initial conception, and are currently engaged in the new products slated for the next releases. They will be able to entertain questions relating to these new developments together with existing product features and capabilities. In order to make this a more productive session and ensure that the desired information is prepared, attendees are encouraged to submit questions in advance of the session, by using the form below. Questions from the floor will also be taken as time allows.
Dr. Andrzej Koba, Director Engineering Europe
Waldemar Sadoch, Europe Technical Center Manager
