Notice of cancellation must be sent in writing, via confirmed email or postal service, to the Emerson Exchange Administrator: Margaret King - Emerson Process Management - 12301 Research Blvd. - Research Park Plaza, Building III - Austin, TX 78759 - USA - Margaret.King@Emerson.com All paid-in-fees/monies will be refunded for cancellations received on or before August 29, 2008. After this date no refunds can be made. Same company personnel substitutions may be made at any time. Please contact Margaret King at Margaret.King@Emerson.com to transfer a registration. Hotel room cancellations must be handled directly with the hotel.

*Invited exhibitors must register via the Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC) as specified in your exhibitor invitation.  This includes all booth staff.  Guest registration is reserved for conference attendees only.
